Sen. Cruz visited Austin to tout the $4B FAA bill enhancing aviation safety and his IVF Protection Act to preserve access to in vitro fertilization.
Wed, May 29th 2024 at 11:22 AM on Tuesday to highlight the impacts of the recently signed FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024 and discuss new legislation he introduced to protect access to in vitro fertilization.
"The first priority for aviation has to be safety," Cruz said. "This bill invests billions of dollars in technology to prevent accidents."In addition, Cruz recently introduced the IVF Protection Act with Sen. Katie Britt, R-Ala. The legislation would make states ineligible for Medicaid funding if they ban access to IVF.
