Investigators detailed the events leading up to the blast that leveled the home in Dauphin County.

The Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission on Wednesday provided new information about an explosion last year that destroyed a Dauphin County home and injured two people.The PUC's Safety Division detailed the events it says led up to the blast in the 3200 block of Crest Road in Susquehanna Township:On Dec. 12, 2022, Pronto Plumbing placed an emergency ticket with the Pennsylvania One Call system to alert utilities to locate and mark underground lines around the home.
