The Birmingham Police Department said detectives have obtained a warrant for an arrest in connection to the murder of an Ozark man who was shot and killed Friday
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - , October 11.
Officers responded to a call of a person shot in the 8200 Block of 4th Avenue North in the East Lake community. When they arrived on the scene, they were notified that the victim, Paul Devaried Terry Jr., 20, had run to a shed. Officers entered the shed and observed the victim inside, lying unresponsive and suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.The preliminary investigation suggests that the victim came to a residence on that road and had a verbal altercation outside.
Anthony Major, 27 has been charged in connection to his murder.
