Hillwood is set to build a new 410-unit apartment complex. Construction is expected to be finished in November 2026.at SWC John Hickman Parkway & Gridiron Road near The Star, home to the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.Construction is expected to begin in early September and finish by November 2026. Construction costs are estimated to be nearly $94.2 million.
The 300-unit Station House apartments opened in 2018. Hillwood’s 322-unit Cadence Apartments were completed in September 2021.Frisco Station — located on the Dallas North Tollway just north of Warren Parkway — is planned to include 2,400 apartment units and 3 million square feet of offices, hotels, retail space and medical facilities.A top U.S.
