A 19-year-old man from Wheaton was arrested on charges of not wearing a seat belt, possession of a controlled substance and illegal transportation of cannabis by a passenger at 11:28 p.m. April 12 at West Ogden Avenue and West Jefferson Avenue. A 30-year-old man from Yorkville was arrested on a warrant at 1:29 a.m. April 13 in the 1500 block of Aurora Avenue.
