A 33-year-old man was arrested twice in less than eight hours in Atlantic City after allegedly stealing two vehicles, officials said.

An investigation revealed Adam Ross, 33, of Absecon, and a 23-year-old Northfield woman exited the minivan a short time earlier. Both were arrested and release on a summons.
