Martha Stewart, 82, shared her secrets to living “longer and healthier.”In her opinion, it’s never too late to make changes and live intentionally. “I try to live a very healthy life,” she said.We’d venture to say that there are few people out there who don’t want to hear Martha Stewart’s keys to a full life.
“I try to live a very healthy life. I eat extremely well. I take care of myself. I go to the gym no matter what, four times a week. I take care of my skin very, very well, and everybody can do that.”She continued: “It’s not like I spend a fortune on any of that stuff, but I managed to do it because it’s going to make a difference and I’m going to live longer and healthier.”When Stewart takes care of herself, she has more time and energy to devote to her projects.
