The bodies believed to be Savannah and Kaiden Kriger were found near a drainage easement hours after an AMBER Alert was issued.
SAN ANTONIO — Police believe they're looking for two suspects after they say a middle-aged man was stabbed on the west side Monday afternoon.
One person was detained at the scene but it's unclear exactly how he might have been involved. The victim hasn't been identified. A KENS 5 crew observed multiple SAPD units and security tape being set up when they arrived.
