A man accused of decapitating a woman has relatives in San Joaquin Valley, Santa Rosa police said.

Officials said the man has relatives in the San Joaquin Valley area. The Santa Rosa Police Department said there is a warrant out for 24-year-old Luis Gustavo Aroyo-Lopez of Santa Rosa. He is a relative of the woman killed, but the department did not specify how they are related. Officers, around 3:40 p.m. on Nov.
He is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a large '420' tattoo and a marijuana leaf on the left side of his head. The police department said he was last seen wearing a long-sleeve black hooded sweatshirt or jacket, black pants and white shoes. He is believed to have walked south on Iroquois Street after leaving the home of the woman killed.
