Detectives said they believe Castro and his roommate, Jamie Jones, 36, argued for some reason in their home in the 2200 block of Chestnut Avenue in the early morning hours of Feb. 14 and that led to Castro shooting Jones in the chest.Police did not disclose how Castro was identified as the suspect and located.
