Kim Zolciak Biermann’s daughter Brielle Biermann was named in the foreclosure lawsuit from Ally Bank, which found the bank awarded repossession of her Range Rover. The news comes months after Brielle's dad, Kroy Biermann, was ordered to surrender his $400,000 Rolls-Royce to BMW.

The affidavit, obtained by PEOPLE, stated Brielle, 27, was “past due” on vehicle payments amounting to $83,969.35.
Brielle was also named in a lawsuit from American Express in 2023 for defaulting on over $12,000 in credit card payments, according to a court document obtained by PEOPLE. The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice.from a Georgia bank after the pair allegedly defaulted on a $1.65 million loan. At the time, Zolciak said claims of foreclosure were"a misunderstanding," a source told PEOPLE.
