KUTV asked if the $350,000 mark for new home is feasible, looking on Zillow for single attached homes that price or under, built in the last 10 years in Salt Lake and Utah counties.Homebuyers we spoke to said maybe these latest moves will change that.With this new financing option, some question whether money set aside for housing developers will actually trickle down to help those looking to buy.
