Several organizations have come together to create a new Gettysburg Black History trail, meant to highlight untold stories of Black community members.
The man was seen in a video of child abuse obtained by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in December 2023., federal authorities said the man may have critical information about the child's identity. The man is known as John Doe 48, referring to the generic name used in the law enforcement and medical fields for somebody whose identity is unknown.
The man is described as a white man between the ages of 45 and 65, with dark hair and a gray beard. He is seen with a tattoo on each of his forearms, although details about the tattoos were not released by the FBI.
