University Heights police arrested a man on a Cleveland Heights police warrant after he was seen smoking marijuana and throwing trash out of his parked car.At 6:40 p.m. April 28, police responded to a report of an intoxicated woman seen on a tree lawn located between Warrensville Center Road and Meadowbrook Boulevard.
At 10:55 p.m. April 25, an officer on patrol came upon a black Kia SUV stopped in the middle of the road in the 14200 block of Washington Boulevard. The driver, a Euclid man, 49, was asleep.Police charged the man with OVI and other offenses and transported him to the Solon jail.At 1:25 p.m. April 26, police were called to Target, 14070 Cedar Road, where a man had been detained for shoplifting.
