Another violent and shocking crime in Cleveland’s downtown caught on camera, and some feel the violence downtown has only gotten worse.

One example of the escalating violence downtown that was caught on tape by the city’s surveillance cameras. a couple being robbed at gunpoint on W. 6th and St. Clair around 1:30 a.m. Monday.Brandishing weapons, they take the man’s wallet out of his front pants pocket and the female victim’s purse.One young woman who works in the Warehouse District where the robbery happened says she doesn’t feel safe.
There were also three violent incidents in the city last week including a machete attack by two men involved in an argument and two stabbings.
