BEREA , Ohio – A Cleveland boy, 17, was arrested and faces criminal charges after he pulled a knife on two haunted house workers Oct. 19 at Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds, 164 Eastland Road.
The Cleveland boy entered the electric-chair room at about 8:30 p.m. When the actor jumped out of the chair, the boy pulled out a military-style knife and pointed the weapon at the actor. The blade came to within a few inches of the actor’s chest. The boy entered another room in a separate building of the haunted house. The actor in that room yelled,” Run!” at the boy, which was the actor’s job.
Haunted house workers spotted the boy outside. They saw him drop the knife into a trashcan. A security guard removed the knife from the trashcan and called police.
