In 2007, they both moved back to Bainbridge and a blind date set up by mutual friends brought them together. They married several years later and had two daughters. Today, they’re back to normal capacity in the dining room, which includes a counter for individual diners who don’t necessarily need a table.

Fitzgerald’s hash and eggs sports a hefty sum of chorizo, but we totally recommend the “smashed” loaded crispy potatoes with sides of homemade Buffalo-style sauce and ranch.
