Four people were taken to an area hospital following a 2-vehicle crash at an East Side intersection early Wednesday morning, according to San Antonio police.

Police said the three people inside the other truck managed to get out of their vehicle with the help of witnesses after they rolled during the collision. The driver of the other pickup truck was rescued by firefighters after getting pinned inside the vehicle.
