Saravanan’s remark that the decision by Umno to withdraw its support for Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin should have been discussed by the Barisan supreme council first. The Tapah MP had reportedly said that until a final decision has been made in Barisan, MIC would continue to support both Muhyiddin and the Perikatan Nasional government."As requested by MIC, we will discuss the issue.
"Once the decision has been made, it will be by consensus and will be informed to all component parties," he said.
