Yayasan nature as NGO make it a typical MO used by UMNO politicians to park their suspicious/illegal money. Majority UMNO elite politicians have their own Yayasan. They will use charity as a reason, plus judiciary system in Malaysia controlled by UMNO. Zahid will scoot free.
