Why blame the motorist over reckless parental that fail to educated n care take their own child? Not make sense that young kids cycling around 3am with modified bicycle that without breaks, lights n helmets. If these kids fall in drain do the parent sue local government?

That's what they did in Adib's case at the Seafield temple incident.
