Voter loses bid to have EC meet on Semenyih polls declared invalid

A VOTER has lost her appeal at the Court of Appeal for a declaration that a meeting convened by the Election Commission chairman alone is null and void.

A three-member panel, comprising justices Harmindar Singh Dhaliwal, Suraya Othman and Azizah Nawawi, in a unanimous decision, dismissed Sabariah Mohd Shariff’s bid.
