Hawker files judicial review after receiving warning letter to get inoculated.

This came after she received a warning letter from the Ranau District Council to get vaccinated against the coronavirus within a week if she wanted to avoid being issued a hefty fine of RM2,000 to RM50,000.

Hawker vs Society. The hawker has a right to do this. But the hawker also has a social responsibility to everyone he meets with everyday who include his own family members.

Hawkers are those on the streets, aren't they? Why the need to put conditions on them? What about their customers, who buy from them? Do they also need to be vaxxed?
