LONDON, May 3 — Britain’s energy regulator has issued compliance reviews to suppliers relating to higher charges to consumers, Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng said today, saying some companies were increasing regular charges more than necessary. “Suppliers have three weeks to respond ...
