Kuala Lumpur deputy CID chief Asst Comm Kamaruzaman Elias said the two men in their 30s surrendered themselves at the Putra Heights police station at about 6pm on Saturday .It was previously reported that police were looking for two men in connection with the alleged rape.
"Based on the report, the 19-year-old victim alleged that she along with a few friends that go to a night club at about 9pm on Wednesday . The victim was intoxicated after her drink was spiked with drugs," he said in a statement."She only realised she was raped after being told so by her friend," he said.
