ISU pertindihan tuntutan wilayah di Laut China Selatan tidak menjadi penghalang kepada hubungan antara China dan badan serantau itu, kata Menteri Luar Saifuddin Abdullah. Beliau percaya ekonomi, pendidikan dan banyak isu lain akan dapat diatasi melalui Hubungan Dialog Asean-China yang kini telah dipertingkat kepada perkongsian strategik komprehensif.
