PETALING JAYA : Penubuhan sebuah pasukan petugas khas isu Pulau Batu Puteh tidak dilihat untuk tujuan semakan semula undang-undang sebaliknya mempunyai tujuan untuk terus menyalahkan dan menuding jari ke atas bekas Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad.
“Malah kewujudan pasukan khas ini mencermin kerajaan seolah-olah tidak menghormati badan mahkamah ekoran terdapatnya satu saman oleh satu pihak yang tidak puas hati terhadap keputusan penarikan semakan penghakiman Mahkamah Keadilan Antarabangsa . Sebelum ini, Mohamed Apandi mendakwa mempunyai bukti fakta dan asas kukuh bahawa Pulau Batu Putih adalah milik Malaysia dan beliau kecewa apabila kerajaan Pakatan Harapan pimpinan Dr Mahathir membuat keputusan menarik balik semakan dan pentafsiran penghakiman berhubung kepulauan itu pada 2018.
