KKM berkata, susulan peningkatan mendadak kes Covid-19 sejak kebelakangan ini, Malaysia kini berada di peringkat awal gelombang ketiga wabak tersebut.
“Daripada baki 159 kes pula, 113 kes dikesan di Sabah membabitkan kluster sedia ada di 4 daerah yang kini menjalani perintah kawalan pergerakan diperketatkan bersasar . “Ini susulan aktiviti saringan ke atas semua pengunjung yang baru tiba dari Sabah di semua pintu masuk bermula 27 Sept sehingga 10 Oktober 2020.
“Seperti sebelum ini, KKM sentiasa bekerjasama dengan pelbagai agensi untuk melaksanakan tanggungjawab ini. Namun begitu, KKM dan agensi pihak berwajib tidak mampu melawan Covid-19 secara bersendirian.
