Transport Ministry orders airlines to rectify issuesWee tells airlines to also improve communication with passengers. Hindsight smart, as usual. Was the order included with compensation to the affected passengers by certain date or else action will be taken? Ministers job nowadays are so bloody easy.... Complaints of flight delays...Just give order to rectify? But is there any good policy proposed by minister? High airfare...Just tell Rakyat to buy their tickets 7 months ahead of traveling dates. We deserved a better minister.
