Menurut Mohd Haniff, Peguam Negara boleh memaklumkan perkara itu pada hari perbicaraan yang ditetapkan Mahkamah Koroner pada 14 November nanti atau lebih awal daripada tarikh berkenaan. “Kami sudah menghantar surat pada 30 September lalu kepada Tetuan Mohd Zubir Embong & Associate untuk memaklumkan responden menerima pakai menggunakan dua afidavit sebelum ini,” katanya.
