Beliau berkata, lokasi bagi penebukan benteng itu belum lagi dimuktamadkan dan ia akan diputuskan Kementerian Alam Sekitar dan Air. Katanya, kaedah penebukan dan pengepaman air penting kerana jika dibiarkan ia boleh berlarutan sehingga dua minggu.
