The anglers – Faruk Arina Ahmad Sabri, 29, Mohd Amirul Bakar, 26, and Yee Chon Tiong, 30 – had gone out to fish near Sari island at about 5am, and were supposed to return home at 6pm.
The last known contact was not long after they started their fishing activity on an orange-yellow boat.
