PETALING JAYA: Covid-19 patients are currently being monitored virtually by the Health Ministry through text messages and calls from the +603-2703-3000 number.

According to a tweet on Friday , the Health Ministry said patients are given reminders through this number to use the home assessment tool on their MySejahtera app."The Health Ministry is contacting Covid-19 cases through phone calls and SMS from the +603-2703-3000 number to remind them to fill up their HAT in MySejahtera for monitoring by the Virtual Covid-19 Assessment Centre ," it said.

The Virtual CAC was introduced on July 21 and efforts are ongoing to establish more such centres in other states with rising Covid-19 cases. This message is not fake. MOH Is contacting COVID-19 cases through phone calls from the 03-2703 3000 number and also via SMS to remind them to fill up their Home Assessment Tool in MySejahtera for monitoring by Virtual CAC.
