The minister in the Prime Minister’s Department said in a written parliamentary reply to Kelvin Yii that the Election Commission has no plans to expand the postal voting system. He added that postal voting facilities were only available to EC members and its staff, election officers, armed forces on duty during the early voting day, media practitioners who are covering the election outside of their constituency on polling day, staff from nine agencies including Fire and Rescue Department, Prisons Department, Maritime Enforcement Agency, Police Reserve Volunteers, Immigration Department, Health Department, National Registration Department , Civil Defence Force, National...
