SYARIKAT pembuatan yang tersenarai dalam Bursa Malaysia, SWS Capital Bhd akan menceburi bidang teknologi dron, yakin bahawa pendekatan yang dipacu oleh data Industri 4.0 melalui Kecerdasan Buatan untuk industri pertanian Malaysia akan meningkatkan hasil dan kecekapan pengeluar tempatan. Dalam kenyataan, SWS berkata ia memeterai Memorandum Persefahaman hari ini dengan syarikat teknologi maklumat tempatan, Nexus Union Sdn Bhd, diikuti dengan Perjanjian Opsyen untuk membeli 3.44 juta saham atau 51 peratus pegangan saham dalam Mata Aerotech Sdn Bhd, yang merupakan anak syarikat 70 peratus milik Nexus. Urus niaga itu bernilai RM4.725 juta.
