IPOH: Stern action will be taken against the students that were involved in a bullying incident at a boarding school in Kuala Kangsar, says Datuk Seri Azizah Mohd DunThe Majlis Amanah Rakyat chairman said they would conduct a thorough investigation after video clips of the bullying went viral on social media.
“We will check if the video clips are real and will then take action against the students involved,” she was reported as saying by Sinar Harian after launching the first Canggih Go outlet at Ampang Baru here Friday . Education Minister Datuk Dr Radzi Jidin said he had also seen the viral video post regarding a student being beaten in a hostel.
However, he said that the Education Ministry has contacted the parties involved and informed them that follow-up action has been taken.
