Candidates will receive their results by post or they can contact their respective state education departments where they applied to sit for the examination, the Education Ministry said in a statement Thursday .
“Candidates can also use the SPMU Decision 2019 service through mySMS 1588 and through the Examinations Syndicate website“This service will be activated from 10am on Aug 28 and will end at 6pm on Sept 3,” the ministry said. A total of 9,827 candidates applied to sit for the SPMU at 203 examination centres nationwide, with 1,572 examination personnel appointed to ensure the smooth running of the repeat examination.
The ministry said three subjects are offered in the SPMU examination: Bahasa Melayu, History and Mathematics.
