Spike in orders leads to delays in courier deliveries

Courier firms like J&T Express are experiencing a surge in orders during the MCO, leading to unavoidable delivery delays. – The Malaysian Insight pic by Afif Abd Halim, April 10, 2020.

COURIER companies have dismissed concerns that delivery services have come to a halt because of the movement-control order . Delays in delivery are due to a spike in orders for goods and products as more people remain confined to their homes, the companies said.
