Soccer-Maldini makes Serie A history as third generation of family to feature

Italian media said it was the first time three generations of the same family have started in Serie A, with Paolo Maldini's last goal coming in 2008 and Cesare's in 1961.

The 19-year-old was named in Stefano Pioli's starting line-up and opened the scoring after 48 minutes with a powerful header to send Milan on the way to a victory that sent them top of the standings."Today I was quite emotional, but calm.
