Malaysians entering the republic through the land routes will have to be mindful of this being implemented from noon today.

Malaysians entering Singapore via land routes will need to be mindful as temperature screening will be implemented at the city-state's Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints from noon today.

On its website, ICA said travellers arriving at the land checkpoints will have to undergo temperature screening conducted by on-site healthcare assistants.Temperature screening will be implemented progressively for all arriving modes of transport - bus, train, car, motorcycle, lorry - and travellers are advised to follow ICA officers’ instructions.

By train: Travellers will be screened at the alighting platform before entering the train hall for immigration clearance.
