“Dengan pengisytiharan itu, kedua-dua pihak berkuasa tempatan di Pulau Pinang akan menjadi majlis bandaraya,” katanya di Georgetown hari ini.
Beliau berkata, Presiden MPSP Datuk Rozali Mohamud akan dilantik sebagai Datuk Bandar Seberang Perai sebaik saja memperoleh status itu.
