Schools biggest source of infections as new Covid cases rise to 4,066

Schools reopened this month but lessons have been disrupted by a rising tide of Covid-19 infections. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, January 26, 2022.

COVID-19 transmissions in schools have outpaced other sources of infections, accounting for nine of yesterday’s 13 new clusters. Workplaces and the community contributed three and one clusters respectively, according to data gleaned from theEffective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
