Sarawak records RM120 million in losses to commercial crimes last year

A TOTAL of 1,340 commercial crime cases involving losses amounting to RM120 million were recorded in Sarawak last year.

State Commercial Crime Investigation Department deputy chief Maria Rasid said although the number of cases has decreased by 25% compared to 1,777 cases in 2018, losses sustained has increased by 54% compared to RM78 million the previous year.
