Sarawak Polls: GPS launches 34-point manifesto, pledges to ensure political stability

KUCHING: Gabungan Parti Sarawak ( GPS ) has pledged to maintain political stability and autonomy in its 34-point manifesto that was launched on Wednesday (Dec 8) night, says the coalition’s chairman Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.

Among the highlights in the manifesto was to ensure native customary rights (NCR) and native territorial domain titles were upheld and acknowledged.Abang Johari also said GPS’ election manifesto aims to narrow the income gap among locals by creating more job opportunities.

“This 34-point manifesto is very comprehensive and will ensure the rights and welfare of Sarawakians are upheld, and the future of the state can be developed.”
