SARAWAK DAP deputy chairman David Wong Kee Woan has urged the state government to build three outer ring roads in Sibu which has been proposed since 2015.

He said the construction of the outer ring roads would not only address the problem of traffic congestion in the city, especially during peak hours in the morning and evening, but also enable many low-cost housing projects to be built along the road.
