PETALING JAYA: Ketua Penerangan UMNO, Shahril Hamdan menyifatkan Menteri Besar Kedah, Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md. Nor membuat tuduhan berat terhadap Presiden UMNO, Datuk Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi berhubung tarikh Pilihan Raya Umum Ke-15 .
“Ahmad Zahid tak desak PRU segera, cuma minta supaya tidak terlalu lewat atas pertimbangan strategik untuk parti dan untuk negara. Pada masa sama, Shahril turut menyelar dakwaan Sanusi yang secara tidak langsung memberi bayangan bahawa BN akan menyalahgunakan kuasanya dengan mengubah keputusan mahkamah jika menang PRU-15.
“Kalau itu tuduhannya, sebut sahaja tanpa berselindung kerana itu tuduhan amat berat bukan kepada Ahmad Zahid tetapi terhadap integriti hakim dan institusi kehakiman negara,” katanya.
