Peniaga, Mohd Suhaili Suhaimi, 32, berkata, dia tidak kisah membida harga sewa RM35,000 bagi sebuah tapak di tengah dan bertentangan sebuah pasar raya kerana tahu pulangannya juga luar biasa.“Tahun ini saya berani membida hingga RM35,000 daripada Majlis Perbandaran Kubang Pasu sedangkan harga sewa dibuka bagi keluasan tapak 6x6 meter adalah RM6,000.“Ini tahun kedua saya berniaga di sini dan tahun lalu, saya juga pembida tertinggi,” katanya yang berasal dari Tapah, Perak.
“Ternyata ia memang benar apabila saya mencatat jualan baju raya lebih RM200,000 hingga pagi raya pertama tahun lalu,” katanya yang berasal dari Tapah, Perak.Pemuda dikenali sebagai Bob berkata, pada tahun ini dia yakin dapat mencapai sasaran jualan RM300,000 apabila menawarkan harga pakaian berpatutan dan mampu milik.
Katanya, dia juga tidak kisah melabur wang sebanyak itu berikutan tiga tahun berniaga di lokasi berkenaan.
