Usahawan kosmetik Muhammad Sajjad Kamaruz Zaman atau Nur Sajat didakwa melakukan kesalahan itu di pusat kecantikan miliknya di Seksyen 16, Shah Alam, pada 7.30 malam, 23 Feb 2018.
Dalam prosiding pada 6 Jan lalu, Muhammad Sajjad, 35, bagaimanapun, mengaku tidak bersalah selepas pertuduhan ke atasnya dibacakan di hadapan Hakim Syarie Mohammad Khalid Shaee @ Shaii. Dia didakwa mengikut Seksyen 10 Enakmen Jenayah Syariah 1995 yang memperuntukkan hukuman denda maksimum RM5,000 atau penjara tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya sekali, jika sabit kesalahan.
