Its minister, Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah said the campaign is aimed at raising awareness and to empower the public to protect themselves, their families and the community, as well as to help the frontliners fight the epidemic. "This is not just about complying with the laws and regulations. It is a matter of understanding and embracing it for the common good, for the family, for the congregation, for everybody.

On the campaign, he said, it would be carried out until end of the year and would involve various platforms, including the mass media, social media, billboards, roadshows, religious programmes, as well as the publication of posters and banners.
