kualalumpur Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur hari ini diberitahu Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor meminta sumbangan RM187.5 juta iaitu 15 peratus daripada RM1.25 bilion nilai projek solar hibrid.

Pengarah Nanocarb Technology Sdn Bhd, Rayyan Radzwill Abdullah, 40, berkata, perkara itu dimaklumkan oleh Datuk Rizal Mansor, yang ketika itu pembantu Rosmah ketika perjumpaan di sebuah Bistro di Sunway Putra Mall Kuala Lumpur, antara Januari dan Februari 2016.

"Datuk Rizal mengatakan akan semak dan maklum kembali dan beliau juga meminta bahagiannya sebanyak RM5 juta setahun selama lima tahun daripada Saidi. Saidi menyatakan 'okay' sebagai tanda setuju dengan permintaan Datuk Rizal," katanya. Suapan itu didakwa diterima menerusi Rizal sebagai upah membantu Jepak Holdings mendapatkan Projek Bersepadu Sistem Solar Photovoltaic Hibrid, serta Penyelenggaraan dan Operasi Genset/Diesel bagi 369 sekolah luar bandar Sarawak, bernilai RM1.25 bilion secara rundingan terus dari Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia .

"Satu perjumpaan dibuat pada Januari atau Februari 2016 di antara kami berdua dengan Datuk Rizal di sebuah Bistro pada waktu malam dan antara isu yang dibincangkan berkenaan tindakan Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid yang tidak memberi sebarang respons kepada Saidi dan Jepak biarpun perdana menteri ketika itu Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak sudah mengeluarkan minit arahan untuk melaksanakan projek solar hibrid Jepak.
